What it is
Curious No. 9 is a bottled booze-free cocktail from Curious Elixirs. The product page calls it a "Nonalcoholic Sparkling Rosé Cocktail" and says it's made "with zero alcohol." Curious describes it as a sparkling rosé "with fizzy-lifting lime" that "infuses chardonnay grapes with rose, California poppy and South African kanna." It comes in a 340 mL (11.5 oz) bottle.
It's the Curious bottle with kanna in it, which is why it's in our kanna drinks roundup. The page doesn't list an amount of kanna.
What the label says
From the nutrition and ingredient panel on Curious's product page, checked October 21, 2026:
- Size: 340 mL (11.5 oz) per bottle. The page says "2 cocktails per bottle" in one place and "2.3 Servings per Bottle" in another.
- Nutrition (panel headed "1 Bottle"): 30 calories, 0 g fat, 0 mg sodium, 6 g total carbs, 5 g sugar.
- Ingredients: carbonated filtered water, Chardonnay grape juice concentrate, clarified key lime juice concentrate, aronia juice concentrate, organic rose extract, California poppy extract, fermented echinacea extract, South African kanna extract, white grapeskin extract, pine extract, French oak extract, tartaric acid.
- Alcohol: zero, per the product description.
- Caffeine: none listed. Nothing on the ingredient list is coffee, tea, guarana or another usual caffeine source.
The page also describes what Curious says each botanical does. Those are the brand's claims, and we don't repeat them here.
Taste
We're going by what Curious says, not our own tasting notes. Curious calls it "subtle & sophisticated" and "a sparkling rosé with fizzy-lifting lime," and suggests serving it chilled "in a coupe with a lime wheel." Its FAQ says its elixirs are "less sweet than a soda, sparkling water, or juice." The ingredient list backs up the grape and lime: Chardonnay grape and key lime juice concentrates come right after the water.

Curious No. 9 costs more per container than these cans, but a 340 mL bottle is bigger than a 12 oz or 8 oz can, and Curious counts it as two cocktails. Of the five, No. 9, Innerbloom and BBCo's Pomegranate Fusion list kanna. Innerbloom (10 mg) and Pomegranate Fusion (20 mg kanna isolate) print an amount, and No. 9 doesn't. Prices are from each brand's own site on the dates shown. The Kin and Little Saints label figures come from our Kin Euphorics review and adaptogen drinks guide and weren't re-checked on October 21.
